Double-braid Nylon
Double-braid nylon is commonly used as a high-stretch marine rope. It has excellent shock absorbing properties and good resistance to UV and chafe.

Sensitive to: Strong acids, oxidizing agents, and is soluble in sulfuric acid, formic acid and phenolic compounds.
Resistant to: Alkalis, alcohols, esters, hydrocarbons, and most bleaches.
